By playing DeNiro Card on the web or in our apps, you agree to these terms. They're short on purpose.

Entertainment only

DeNiro Card is a collection of classic card, board, and dice games provided for entertainment only. It is a game of skill and luck played for fun — nothing here is an investment, a financial product, or a way to make money.

Coins and virtual items

Coins are local practice points for solo play and cosmetics. They are earned through play and daily bonuses; coin packs are not currently offered for sale. They are not currency. Coin balances may be adjusted or reset if we detect abuse or cheating.

Purchases

All current solo games are free to play. The former DeNiro Card Premium unlock is not currently offered for sale because it would not provide an additional game benefit. A prior Premium purchase may still be verified or restored through the original store or browser where it was purchased; it is not a subscription and does not renew.

Coin packs and optional card-back cosmetics are not currently offered for sale. If that changes, they will not be enabled until coins and cosmetic ownership are held in secure, durable account records rather than editable device storage. Coins will always remain virtual play currency with no cash value and will never be redeemable or cashable out.

A legacy Premium unlock does not include coins, table entries, or anything with cash value. A native purchase may be restored with the same Apple ID or Google account used to buy it, on the same store platform. It is not a promise of transfer between Apple, Google Play, and the web. Refunds, billing support, and eligibility are handled under the applicable store's policies.

Fair play

Don't cheat, exploit bugs, automate play in live tables, or harass other players. We may suspend access to multiplayer for anyone who does.

The service

DeNiro Card is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We may update, change, or discontinue games or features at any time. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
